data is stored locally within your WordPress environment
no coaching data is transmitted to our servers

However, if you connect external AI providers, their terms and policies will apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Oracle and its creators shall not be liable for:

any indirect or consequential damages
loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
decisions made based on generated insights

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

specific coaching outcomes
accuracy of AI-generated insights
uninterrupted or error-free operation
